Showcasing tenant work
Subject to applicable law, required permissions and any written confidentiality restrictions agreed with the tenant, the tenant grants MyMEX a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display and reproduce its publicly published MyMEX digital cards and the adverts, Specials, Offerings and catalogue artwork created or published through MyMEX, solely to demonstrate and promote MyMEX’s work and platform capabilities. This is particularly relevant to Automotive dealership and salesperson cards and vehicle campaign designs. Examples may appear on MyMEX’s website, portfolio, demonstrations, presentations and promotional materials.
The tenant and other rights holders retain ownership of their content, logos, trademarks and images. MyMEX may resize, crop or format examples for presentation, but must not materially change an offer, imply an endorsement or ongoing commercial relationship that does not exist, or present historical prices, stock or campaign terms as current. Historical artwork must be identified as a design example where needed to avoid misleading viewers. This permission does not override third-party brand, image or personal-information rights.
Only content approved for public publication may be showcased. Private workspace screens, customer or lead records, CRM conversations, unpublished drafts, financial records and confidential information are excluded. Public staff names, photographs and contact details may be included only where their reuse is lawful and appropriately authorised; details that are not needed for the example should be omitted or obscured.
A tenant or affected cardholder may request exclusion or removal through the support form. MyMEX will review the request promptly and remove or anonymise examples under its control where reasonably practicable and as required by law. Copies already lawfully distributed or held by third parties may not be fully recoverable. A written restriction agreed with the tenant takes precedence.
For existing tenants, this clause takes effect subject to the notice, agreement and acceptance requirements of their existing contract and applicable law. Publishing this clause alone does not establish retrospective consent or replace any separate permission required for personal information or third-party content.
